Clients must provide complete and accurate information necessary to execute the service. Any delays due to incomplete information or late responses will not be the responsibility of Intelligent Soft.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed terms in the proposal or invoice.

  • A project may require a deposit or full upfront payment.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspended service delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to software, designs, and code developed by Intelligent Soft remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership may be transferred as agreed in the contract.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

6. Revisions and Support

  • A limited number of revisions may be included in the project scope.

  • Additional revisions or post-delivery support may be subject to additional charges.

  • Support services are provided as per the support agreement.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, SMS gateways) as part of our solutions. Intelligent Soft is not liable for issues arising from the performance or availability of such third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Intelligent Soft shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any services if there is a breach of these terms or unethical/unlawful use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes made.

11. Governing Law
